Today is a little gray, with the distant hint of bite in the air. Perfect weather and colour for the new Billow Observatory - II: Plains/Paterns. The duo is made up of Detroit's Jason Kolb (Auburn Lull) and Denmark's Jonas Munk (Manual), and this is their first release since their self-titled effort 5 years ago, which sold out worldwide. This time around the ambient sweep of their sound is given a little more of a pulse, which is perfect if you are hoping to slowly wind up or slowly wind down for/from a cool autumn day. We have the album both on vinyl (only 300 copies worldwide) and CD.
