Top 50 Albums of 2017

Hey! Look! It's time for our Top 50 of the year list once again. And once again there was no shortage of excellent new music to choose from. To speed along the process we've listed the titles simply in alphabetical order rather than rank them numerically. First time releases from great new(ish) artist like Sampha, Diet Cig, and Phoebe Bridgers; wonderful new albums from veterans like Destroyer, The Mountain Goats, and WHY? Bands I'd previously thought were a little overrated, like Fleet Foxes and LCD Soundsystem, proved me wrong with fantastic releases. I surely missed, ignored, overlooked dozens of equally great albums, but hey, make your own lists and post them on our Facebook Page! We'd love to see them.
